The largest of the Lacanche range remains a well-proportioned, elegant cooker. It comes with two large main ovens, one of which is gas and the other dual fuel with a grill. In addition to the main ovens, there is one 79-litre simmer oven which offers the flexibility to plate warm, hold food and even slow cook. The other is a secondary dual fuel.
The hob top is a traditional hob, with 5 burners including a simmer plate. The additions on the hob include an electric chargrill, 2 induction zones and a gas griddle. There are also two storage drawers included.
The Vezelay is a discreet giant capable of immense output, with clean lines and symmetrical design contributing to its appeal.
